Detroit Sports Trips: Terms & Conditions

All payments are final, non refundable and non transferable without written authorization. 

Deposits made by the posted deadline will "hold" a reservation booking, Final Payment made by the posted deadline will confirm a reservation booking as "paid in full." If Final Payment is not made by the posted deadline, the original deposit is non refundable, will not be returned and the guest will no longer hold a reservation booking. Deposits will not be taken for any sports trips that are sold out or to be considered non operating. All payments made will be returned to all guests if a trip does not meet the minimum size to operate. 

Detroit Sports Trips LLC will always provide advance notice of transportation and planned events. All guests "paid in full" will receive a detailed itinerary well in advance of the departure date. It is the responsibility of the guest (passenger) to review the itinerary and be on time for transportation departures and planned events during the entirety of the sports trip. Detroit Sports Trips will not hold any liability for missed transportation and events. Further, Detroit Sports Trips is not responsible for any event that is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other operational condition. Every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate guests if an event is rescheduled or cancelled during the entirety of the sports trip. 

All game tickets will be held in the possession of the Detroit Sports Trip Tour Leader.

In addition to written confirmation as provided in the itinerary, the gate entry time and location will be provided well in advance to all guests. The Tour Leader will guide the entire group from the Tailgate Experience to enter the stadium together prior to the scheduled event start time.  

Detroit Sports Trips LLC is not liable for any injury, death, theft or property damage during the entire duration of the sports trip. All guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Personal Liability prior to the departure day and boarding any transportation vehicle. It is recognized that all guests (passengers) are voluntarily participating in a fully planned Detroit Sports Trip.

Detroit Sports Trips LLC will use photos & images from previous sports trips to be posted on the website (Detroit sports trips url) and through select social media platforms, please contact Detroit Sports Trips if you do not want your picture/image displayed. All guest (passenger) data (information) will only be used in conjunction with Detroit Sports Trips planned events and not provided to any other outside entity.
